Lightning-caused wildfires burning near UT-NV border jump to 27,000 combined acres

According to an update from Bureau of Land Management Nevada, the Kane Springs Fire in Lincoln County is mapped at 14,000 acres with 20% containment, while the Grapevine Fire, also burning south of Caliente, is at 13,000 acres with 0% containment.
