A home run for workers? Daman & Diu’s SPARSH 2.0 opens more rental space

The SPARSH 2.0 initiative is designed to stimulate the development of affordable rental housing by offering developers enticing incentives such as increased floor space index and enhanced ground coverage options. To qualify, developments must dedicate sixty-six percent of their units to economically weaker sections, promoting worker welfare and increasing industrial productivity. This initiative will be in effect across Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Diu until 2027.
