US sanctions Chinese-language Xinbi Guarantee marketplace over cyber scams

The Trump administration sanctioned Chinese-language marketplace Xinbi Guarantee on Wednesday, along with two affiliated organisations, as part of a wider crackdown on transnational cybercrime.
